Andrea Colecchia, an Italian chef with a passion for getting to know the world through all its flavors and colors. Originally from Venice, he began studying his degree in gastronomic sciences in San Sebastian, the cradle of Spanish gastronomy.
In these years he trained as a professional in the sector working in several Michelin starred restaurants, some of his experiences led him to work in Japan in one of the best restaurants in the world.
After many travels he arrived in Cartagena to be part of the Norma project, where he seeks to show another side of Italian gastronomy, the new school, dishes with nuances from other countries, pleasant dishes and traditional dishes that pay homage to the trips he has made during his life.
